Meet Aaron

I know how much
there is to keep on top of.

I run The Conscious Self. Alongside delivering the work, there are posts to write, emails to prepare, bookings to manage and advertising to review.

I previously used agencies and felt I was spending too much for the return I was seeing. I now manage more of the marketing directly. Business in Motion brings that practical experience to other small businesses.

You work with me. I use AI for planning, drafting and analysis, then check the work myself. You approve customer-facing content before it goes out.

Business in Motion and The Conscious Self are separate brands. The published work and figures show experience from my own business and accounts.

Working together

How we get started

We start with your customers, budget and the work you need help with. Your proposal sets out the deliverables, price and responsibilities before you commit.

1

Talk through the business

Tell me what you sell, who buys it and what you want to improve. We develop a 90-day plan around your priorities and capacity.

2

Prepare the first month

You supply branding, real photographs, business information and account invitations. I prepare the agreed content, website or systems work, with approvals set out in advance.

3

Deliver, review and improve

Approved content is published and agreed improvements are delivered. Your summary and tracker show the work, available results and what needs a decision.

What we need from each other
  • You keep your accounts. Advertising, email and booking accounts remain yours. We use invited access where available.
  • You approve the content. Silence is not approval. Late information or feedback moves affected dates.
  • We use real images. Supply genuine photographs and brand assets. We do not create AI-generated images for social posts.
  • Specialist production costs extra. Filming and long-form edits are quoted separately and completed by the videographer.

Your proposal confirms dates, monthly allowances, additional costs and the approval process.

Before we begin

Before you enquire

A few practical questions about the service.

Who is Business in Motion for?

Small business owners who need help with websites, search visibility, marketing or everyday systems. We work across sectors. The right fit depends on your goals, budget, existing tools and ability to supply information and approve work.

Can you build a website or help with SEO?

Yes. New websites, rebuilds and larger SEO projects are scoped and quoted separately. Essentials includes website and search monitoring with recommendations. Growth adds local SEO, one eligible Google Business Profile and up to two hours of website improvements each month. Business Partner includes that support with more detailed conversion tracking and analysis. Your proposal confirms the pages, tasks and measurement involved.

How do you use AI?

AI supports planning, drafting, analysis and agreed repeatable tasks. Aaron reviews the work, and you approve customer-facing content before publication. Social posts use your genuine photographs and approved brand assets. We agree account access and data handling during onboarding.

Who pays for advertising and software?

You own and pay for your advertising, email marketing and booking accounts. We receive appropriate access. Standard agency delivery software is included in our fee; dedicated subscriptions and exceptional usage are agreed separately.

How long am I committing for?

The proposed initial term is three service months, then 30 calendar days’ written notice. You can give notice during the initial period, with the end no earlier than the initial-term end. Any pilot variation is agreed in writing.

Can you guarantee more sales?

No. Results depend on your offer, audience, capacity, budget and data. We commit to the agreed work, review performance and make evidence-informed recommendations.
