Working together
Terms &
Conditions.
Understand the agreed work, responsibilities and practical arrangements behind your business support.
Draft for review · Version 1.0 · Updated 24 October 2026
These terms are not yet offered as binding service terms. Supplier identity, company details, VAT status and notice contacts must be completed, and the terms and processing arrangements reviewed before use. Your accepted proposal will confirm the exact service and commercial terms.
The main arrangements
- Setup and month one are paid before onboarding; later monthly fees are paid in advance.
- The standard initial term is three service months, then 30 calendar days’ written notice. Notice can be given during the initial term.
- You supply accurate information and genuine assets. Customer-facing content requires explicit approval.
- Ad spend and your own platform subscriptions are separate. Additional work needs an accepted quote.
- Cancellation, refunds, handover and responsibility for delivery are explained below.
Use this overview to find the sections you need. The detailed terms and your accepted proposal take precedence.

1. Who these terms are for
Business in Motion provides marketing and practical business support to business customers. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the legal supplier identified in your accepted proposal. “You” and “client” mean the business customer identified there. A sole trader can be a business customer when buying mainly for their business.
This website is publicly available. These terms are a draft for review and are not yet offered as binding service terms. Before any contract is entered into, the actual supplier’s full legal name, company number where applicable, registered office or service address, place of registration and business notice email must be supplied. VAT status and any VAT registration number must also be confirmed. We do not represent that a Business in Motion limited company has already been incorporated.
Business in Motion and The Conscious Self are separate brands. The Conscious Self is used as a founder-owned example; it is not automatically the supplier, guarantor or contracting party for Business in Motion. Viewing this website does not create a service contract with Aaron Parker personally or with The Conscious Self.
These business terms are not intended for purchases made wholly or mainly for personal use. If you may be buying as a consumer, tell us before ordering so that suitable terms and any applicable cancellation information can be provided. Describing a purchase as business-to-business does not remove rights that apply by law.
2. Your proposal and the contract
We provide a written proposal or order form setting out the supplier and client identities, chosen package, deliverables, limits, fees, VAT treatment, payment dates, onboarding date, Service Start Date, initial-term end date, approval contacts and any agreed exceptions. The Service Start Date is the agreed start of recurring delivery; it may be later than the start of setup.
Once finalised for use, these terms form part of a service contract only where the version is expressly incorporated into a proposal accepted in writing by authorised representatives. A website visit, enquiry submission, conversation, draft or invoice alone does not constitute acceptance of a service contract. We do not start work before the required acceptance, payment and inputs are in place.
The accepted proposal, any signed service agreement, the expressly incorporated version of these terms and the completed data processing schedule form the agreement. Specifically negotiated and signed scope or commercial provisions take priority over general descriptions. The data processing agreement takes priority for personal-data processing. A separately signed service agreement takes priority over this page where they conflict.
Package pages and example prices help you compare options. They are not a commitment to unlimited work or a substitute for your accepted proposal. We will flag material differences before acceptance. Changes to scope or authority require a written variation; a call or informal request does not automatically approve extra charges.
3. Service standards and scope
We will carry out the agreed services with reasonable care and skill, keep you informed of material delivery problems and use people or subcontractors suitable for the agreed tasks. We remain responsible for work we subcontract as part of our own service.
Only services and quantities expressly included in your proposal are included in the fee. A package is a complete allowance, replacing rather than adding to lower-tier quantities. We will agree priorities where requests exceed available scope. Additional projects, extensive rework, specialist production and urgent work require a separate accepted quotation or variation.
We do not guarantee sales, leads, bookings, followers, search rankings, platform approval, revenue or return on advertising spend. Results depend on your offer, audience, budget, fulfilment, platforms and other factors. This does not reduce our obligation to deliver the agreed work competently.
We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, regulated financial or clinical advice. You remain responsible for obtaining appropriate specialist advice and for the operation, pricing and delivery of your own business. We will not knowingly carry out unlawful instructions.
4. Package allowances and how they are counted
Unless your proposal says otherwise, Essentials includes eight original social content pieces across up to two channels and two email campaigns per service month. Growth includes 16 pieces across up to three channels, four email campaigns and management of up to two active Meta campaigns. Business Partner includes 30 pieces across up to four channels, up to eight email campaigns and up to four active Meta and Google campaigns combined. Your accepted scope confirms all other support and any variations.
An original social piece adapted for the agreed channels counts once, rather than generating a fresh allowance per channel. A carousel counts as one piece. A materially different concept, new creative version or substantial new message is a separate piece. Simple clips use the same content allowance, not an additional allowance.
One email creative prepared for one agreed send to an agreed audience counts as one campaign. A separate resend, materially different version, new sequence or additional campaign uses another allowance unless specifically included. Automated sequences and technical platform configuration are separately scoped unless your proposal includes them.
Growth’s standard additional limits are up to two hours of website improvements, 30 reply drafts, 20 outreach drafts, local SEO where eligible and one monthly review call. Partner’s standard limits include weekday inbox review covering up to 100 routine conversations, work relating to up to 40 prospects, up to two hours of website improvements, up to three agreed workflows at setup and one small monthly workflow improvement. The scope must define what a conversation, prospect activity or small improvement includes before delivery.
Unless varied in writing, the content allowance includes one consolidated revision round per social batch and one per email campaign. Correcting our failure to follow an approved brief is not charged as an extra revision. New concepts, changed offers or reversals of an approved brief may require a variation.
Monthly allowances reserve delivery capacity and do not automatically roll over. Client-caused unused capacity is handled under section 9. Work missed because of our own failure is handled under section 10. We will not charge twice for the same agreed deliverable.
5. Client information and genuine imagery
You provide accurate business information, offers, prices, dates, brand assets, genuine photographs, relevant footage and timely updates. We help develop the plan, topics and finished copy from that information; you do not need to provide finished posts or emails.
Unless another timetable is agreed, supply the next month’s material by the 20th of the preceding month. We will identify missing information and explain which work it affects. If facts change, notify us promptly, including after you have approved a draft.
You confirm you have the rights and permissions needed for us to use supplied material for the agreed purpose, including permissions relating to identifiable people, logos, music, locations and third-party work. Tell us about licence restrictions, expiry dates and attribution requirements. We will raise obvious concerns rather than treating your approval as permission to ignore them.
We do not use AI-generated images for your social posts. Social content uses genuine photographs and approved brand assets. You must not supply misleading material or ask us to invent testimonials, reviews, credentials, results, scarcity or other factual claims.
6. Approvals and authority
Appoint one main approver and, where possible, a backup. Approval must come from an authorised contact through the agreed written channel. We keep a record of the approved version and instructions. Silence is not approval.
Return approval or one consolidated revision list within two working days unless the project timetable says otherwise. Customer-facing posts, email campaigns, material website changes and advertising launches require express approval. Narrowly defined routine replies or repeat activity may operate within a written, pre-approved authority schedule.
Before approving, check the offer, factual claims, dates, prices, links, audience and any legal or industry-specific requirements relevant to your business. Your approval does not release us from our own reasonable care and skill obligations or responsibility for unauthorised changes.
We will not increase advertising budgets, make binding promises, offer refunds, enter contracts, make purchases or take other consequential actions outside the authority you have given. Complaints, safeguarding concerns, legal threats, sensitive enquiries and decisions beyond routine administration are referred to your nominated contact.
Where there is a credible security, legal or serious accuracy concern, we may pause affected work or take proportionate protective steps, such as temporarily stopping a campaign within our access. We will notify you promptly and explain what is needed to resume.
7. Video and specialist suppliers
Standard simple editing covers up to one, two or four clips per month for Essentials, Growth or Partner respectively, within the content totals. Each finished clip is up to 60 seconds, made from up to five minutes of supplied footage. The proposal confirms formats, captions, revisions and any variations.
Filming, videography, long-form editing, extensive animation, voiceover, specialist photography and travel are not included unless expressly quoted. If we arrange a videographer, the accepted quote must cover the required finished edits, usage rights, delivery dates, revisions and any cancellation costs.
If you engage an introduced supplier directly, your separate agreement with them governs their work. If we engage them as our subcontractor, we remain responsible for our own agreed obligations. No specialist booking or non-cancellable cost is committed on your behalf without written approval.
8. Working hours and delivery targets
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays in England and Wales. Standard support hours are 09:00 to 17:00 UK time. We aim to acknowledge routine requests within two working days. Services are not continuous monitoring, emergency support or a promise of instant replies.
Unless your proposal sets a different timetable, setup is targeted within ten working days after complete inputs and access are received and the agreed onboarding slot begins. The first content batch is targeted within five working days of a complete, agreed brief at the scheduled delivery stage. Included revisions are targeted within two working days of consolidated feedback; scheduling is targeted within two working days of express approval.
Weekly summaries are targeted within two working days of the reporting week ending, and the monthly tracker within five working days of the service period ending, subject to source-data availability. A review call is included only where the package or proposal provides it.
These are planning targets rather than unconditional deadlines. Tell us before acceptance if a launch or event date is essential. We will agree an achievable timetable and flag changes promptly. Missing materials, late approvals, platform issues and agreed changes can move affected dates.
9. Client delays and reserved capacity
If access, payment, information or approval is missing, we will identify the blockage, record the affected work and propose revised dates or alternative in-scope work. We do not publish unapproved material simply to use an allowance.
Once recurring delivery has begun on the confirmed Service Start Date, the monthly capacity fee continues during client-caused delay while we remain ready and able to provide the agreed service. This does not create an entitlement to charge for work we could not deliver for our own reasons.
Client-caused unused allowances do not automatically roll over or create a refund. We will discuss practical rescheduling where capacity permits. There is no automatic extension of your initial term. If a blockage lasts 14 calendar days, we review a recovery plan; after 30 days either party may request a written variation or exercise the agreement’s termination rights.
10. If we cannot deliver the agreed work
If a shortfall is caused by us, we will tell you promptly and propose completion within a reasonable revised period. If that does not reasonably meet the purpose of the work, we will agree an appropriate rollover, replacement work, proportionate credit or refund for the undelivered part. These remedies do not remove other rights available for breach.
We will not treat our own missed delivery as client-caused unused capacity. If we cannot continue the service, we will provide reasonable handover assistance and refund unearned advance fees, subject to any properly incurred, authorised third-party commitments.
11. Fees VAT and payment
Your proposal confirms the setup fee, recurring fee, any project charges, payment schedule, VAT treatment and total payable. Website amounts are indicative until confirmed. We do not assume that VAT is chargeable or included before the actual supplier’s status is established.
The setup fee and first monthly fee must be paid in full in cleared funds before onboarding begins. Later monthly fees are paid in advance before each service period on the agreed invoice dates. A recurring payment mandate requires separate authorisation; these terms alone do not authorise a bank debit or card charge.
Advertising spend, email marketing accounts, booking platforms and other client-owned subscriptions are paid by you directly unless a different arrangement is expressly agreed. Standard agency delivery tools are included in our fee. Dedicated client software, exceptional usage, paid assets and separately quoted production costs require written agreement.
We will not perform chargeable extra work without an accepted quote or agreed rate and scope. You do not owe an additional fee merely because an AI tool, subcontractor or internal delivery process cost us more than expected.
12. Late payments and disputed invoices
If payment is missed, we will notify you. After five calendar days overdue and a written warning, we may suspend affected work, explaining the effect on delivery dates. Material non-payment may lead to termination using the breach procedure in section 16.
Raise invoice disputes promptly with the reasons and supporting information, and pay the undisputed part when due. We will investigate in good faith. We will not withhold your customer data or access to accounts you own as leverage in a fee dispute.
Where legally available, we may claim statutory late-payment interest and applicable fixed compensation or reasonable recovery costs under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts legislation. We will identify the legal basis and calculation; we do not impose an additional invented late-payment penalty.
13. Initial term and ongoing service
Unless a signed proposal expressly varies it, the initial term is three calendar service months from the Service Start Date. The proposal records both dates so that the commitment is clear. Monthly periods follow anniversaries of the start date, using the last day of a shorter month where necessary.
After the initial term, service continues on a rolling basis until ended under section 14. It does not automatically renew into a new fixed three-month commitment. A pilot, pause or different minimum term must be agreed in writing.
We do not increase agreed service fees during the initial term. Afterward, a proposed recurring price increase requires at least 60 calendar days’ written notice and cannot apply before you have had an opportunity to end the service under the normal notice provision. Existing approved third-party spend is not increased without authority.
14. Notice and cancellation during service
Either party may give 30 calendar days’ written notice, including during the initial term. Unless a separate right to end sooner applies, the effective end date is the later of the initial-term end and 30 calendar days after receipt of notice. There is no requirement to wait until the initial term ends before giving notice.
Send notice to the business notice email recorded in the accepted proposal, identifying the client and requested end date. We will acknowledge it. If acknowledgement is missing, follow up through the agreed backup contact; our failure to acknowledge does not invalidate notice that was actually received. Social-media comments are not the agreed contractual notice channel.
We continue the agreed service and scheduled fees up to the effective end date. A final partial service period is prorated by calendar days, with an appropriate proportionate final scope agreed. Excess advance payment is refunded after reconciliation within 14 calendar days unless a genuine dispute requires resolution.
If you want to leave earlier for convenience, we may agree a written settlement reflecting work already completed, authorised unavoidable costs and demonstrable reserved-capacity loss, less avoided costs and losses reasonably mitigated. There is no automatic punitive cancellation fee or automatic demand for all future invoices.
Your rights to end for our material breach, inability to deliver or another legal ground are not restricted by the ordinary notice rule.
15. Cancellation before recurring service begins
If you cancel before setup work starts, we refund advance fees less any specifically approved, unavoidable third-party costs already committed. We do not retain the entire setup fee merely because payment was made.
Once setup has started, we may deduct documented work completed at a rate agreed before that work, capped at the setup fee, together with approved unavoidable third-party costs. If no rate was agreed, a reasonable, evidenced amount must be agreed or resolved through the dispute procedure. The unearned balance is refunded.
If recurring delivery has not begun, unused monthly service fees are returned unless a separate, reasonable reservation charge was expressly agreed in advance. We do not retrospectively invent a reservation charge or count setup days as recurring service without agreement.
16. Ending for breach and longer interruptions
Either party may terminate for a material breach that is not remedied within 14 calendar days after written notice explaining the breach and remedy required. A breach incapable of remedy may justify immediate termination. We may immediately pause affected activity where continued performance would be unlawful or create a material security risk.
Where an event outside a party’s reasonable control prevents performance, that party will notify the other, explain the impact and take reasonable steps to reduce it. Payment for work already delivered remains due, but fees for undelivered work must be addressed fairly rather than automatically charged indefinitely.
If a substantial interruption continues for more than 30 calendar days without a workable alternative, either party may end the affected services on written notice. We reconcile completed work, authorised commitments and unearned advance payments. Neither ordinary supplier scheduling problems nor lack of reasonable precautions is automatically treated as an event outside our control.
17. Accounts platforms and advertising
You retain ownership and primary administrator control of your domains, advertising, email, booking, analytics and social accounts. Where platforms support it, give delegated access with appropriate permissions and multi-factor authentication. Do not put passwords, recovery codes or payment-card information into a questionnaire or ordinary email.
Platform subscriptions, advertising spend, audience settings, tracking access and relevant permissions must be in place before dependent work starts. The authority schedule records budgets, approved channels and who can launch, change or stop campaigns. A platform campaign limit does not authorise unlimited creative variants, spend or testing.
We monitor and manage only the activity included in the scope, during the agreed working arrangements. We do not promise that ad delivery will stop automatically outside working hours. Agree emergency stop instructions and account-owner access before launch.
Third-party platforms may reject content, restrict accounts, change algorithms or APIs, delay data, change terms or experience outages. We will explain material effects, take reasonable steps within scope and discuss alternatives. This does not exclude responsibility for problems caused by our own breach or failure to use reasonable care.
Reported platform results may involve estimates, delayed reporting, repeat actions and attribution windows. We distinguish clicks, reach, events, verified bookings and revenue. Case studies are dated examples, not a guarantee that your business will achieve the same outcome.
18. Email outreach and inbox support
You provide an accurate audience and sufficient information about how personal data was obtained, consent or another applicable marketing permission, relevant exclusions and unsubscribe records. Neither party may knowingly use scraped, purchased or supplied data unlawfully. We will not send a campaign without an approved audience and the required authority.
Electronic marketing must comply with applicable data-protection law and PECR. Different rules apply to corporate subscribers and individuals, including sole traders and some partnerships. We agree the lawful route and responsibilities rather than treating all business email addresses as freely marketable. Messages must identify the sender and provide the required opt-out route.
Unsubscribes, suppression lists and relevant customer exclusions must be respected. A transactional booking message is not automatically permission to add unrelated marketing. We do not guarantee delivery, inbox placement, open rates or recipients’ purchasing decisions.
Inbox and outreach allowances are bounded tasks, not a 24-hour customer-service function or authority to bind your business. Escalation rules cover complaints, refunds, safeguarding, legal correspondence, sensitive personal information and unusual requests. You must keep someone available to handle those escalations.
19. Websites SEO and workflows
Website support covers agreed improvements within the specified time allowance. New websites, rebuilds, custom applications, hosting migration, extensive accessibility remediation, ongoing hosting and specialist security work are not included unless expressly contracted. We do not promise a particular ranking or certify legal compliance merely by making an update.
Before material changes or workflow activation, we agree the purpose, permissions, dependencies, test approach, backup or rollback arrangements where appropriate, and acceptance criteria. Use test data or a suitable test environment where available. We do not use real customer payments as casual test transactions.
Workflow quantities refer to the specific designs agreed at setup. A new platform, substantial redesign, extra integration, historical data cleanup or material increase in volume may require a new quote. Platform changes can require maintenance beyond a small monthly improvement.
Automations do not replace human oversight for legal commitments, spending, sensitive decisions or other actions outside the agreed authority. We agree monitoring, exception handling, ownership of alerts and the limits of any ongoing maintenance before relying on a workflow.
20. AI tools and human review
We may use AI-assisted tools for research, planning, drafting, coding, analysis and repeatable processes within the agreed scope. Human review and the approval process still apply. AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete or non-original output; we check relevant facts, source material and practical suitability rather than treating generated output as verified.
We do not promise that AI-assisted material is exclusively protectable by copyright or that third-party rights cannot arise. We use reasonable care in choosing and checking tools and deliverables, and disclose material licensing or usage restrictions known to us.
Client customer data is not reused for unrelated marketing or our own model training. Personal data must not be entered into an AI service unless it is covered by the documented processing instructions, approved provider arrangements, security measures and any required transfer safeguards. We do not promise that every provider has identical retention or training settings; the actual arrangements must be checked and agreed.
AI-generated social-post images are excluded as set out in section 5. Any material change to the way client personal data is processed requires the appropriate documented approval and safeguards, not simply a change to a software subscription.
21. Ownership licences and portfolio use
You retain ownership of the material and accounts you supply. You give us the permissions reasonably needed to perform the agreed services for the contract period and carry out an orderly handover.
After payment for a bespoke final deliverable, we assign the intellectual-property rights we own in that deliverable to you, subject to third-party licences and any different written agreement. This includes future assignment to the extent legally effective and reasonable assistance to document the transfer. We cannot transfer rights that belong to another person or rights that do not legally exist.
We retain pre-existing methods, reusable tools, templates and general know-how. Where these are embedded in a paid deliverable, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive licence sufficient to use that deliverable for the agreed business purpose. Third-party fonts, music, stock assets, software and platforms remain subject to their licences. Source files, development repositories and editable templates are supplied only where the scope includes them.
We require separate written permission before using your name, logo, testimonial, private performance figures or identifiable customer material in our marketing or a case study. Service acceptance alone is not permission to publish your business results.
22. Confidentiality
Each party protects confidential information received from the other, uses it only for the agreement and discloses it only to authorised people who need it and are bound to appropriate confidentiality duties. This includes non-public business plans, account access information, pricing arrangements and customer information.
The duty does not cover information lawfully public other than through breach, already lawfully known without restriction, independently developed or lawfully received from a third party. If disclosure is legally required, give notice where permitted and disclose only what is required.
Confidentiality continues after the service ends. Personal data and trade secrets remain protected for as long as the law or their confidential nature requires.
23. Data protection and processing
Roles depend on the actual activity. You will usually be the controller for your customer, subscriber and prospect data, and we will act as processor when working only on your documented instructions. We may be an independent controller for our own billing, business contacts and legal records. A separate privacy notice must explain our own controller activities; these terms do not replace it.
Before we access client personal data, the parties must complete a written data processing agreement and schedule meeting applicable UK GDPR requirements. It must specify the subject matter, duration, nature and purposes of processing, data categories, data-subject categories, controller rights and obligations, authorised instructions, security, subprocessors, transfers and retention.
When acting as processor, we process only documented lawful instructions, including instructions about transfers, unless a legal requirement applies. Where permitted, we inform you before processing required by law. We inform you immediately if an instruction appears to infringe applicable data-protection law.
We restrict access to authorised people bound to confidentiality and apply appropriate technical and organisational security measures proportionate to the risk. We assist, taking account of the processing and information available, with individual rights requests, security obligations, breach handling, impact assessments and consultation with regulators.
We notify you without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal-data breach affecting client data, provide available relevant information and cooperate on investigation, containment and remediation. You remain responsible for controller notifications where the law places that responsibility on you; we do not delay telling you merely because an investigation is incomplete.
We use subprocessors only with the required prior specific or general written authorisation. The completed register identifies actual providers and roles, rather than automatically authorising every AI or software brand mentioned on this website. Under general authorisation we give at least 14 calendar days’ advance notice of proposed additions or replacements and a reasonable opportunity to object on data-protection grounds. Equivalent obligations are imposed on subprocessors and we remain responsible as required by law.
No restricted international transfer is made without documented authority and an applicable lawful safeguard and assessment where required. We provide information reasonably needed to demonstrate compliance and allow and contribute to proportionate audits or inspections under the processing agreement, without restricting statutory or regulator rights.
At the end of processing, we return or delete client personal data at your choice, including copies, unless the law requires retention. The normal completion target is 30 calendar days after exit. Backup deletion cycles, legal-retention exceptions and security during retention must be specified in the schedule. We confirm the agreed return or deletion in writing.
Do not supply health records, special-category data, criminal-offence data or children’s data for routine marketing or administration unless specifically scoped with the required legal basis, safeguards and written arrangements. Data you lawfully need to retain must not be deleted merely because a marketing project ends.
24. Handover and access removal
On exit we agree the campaign stop date, any remaining scheduled activity, data exports and access-removal plan. You must confirm whether approved advertising should stop or transfer to your own team and keep an authorised account owner available.
Paid final assets and agreed exports are provided within ten working days of the end date, subject to practical platform export limits and any specifically agreed timetable. Unpaid bespoke deliverables are addressed under the ownership and payment provisions, but your own data and account control are not held hostage.
We remove our access when agreed handover tasks are complete or sooner if instructed and safe to do so. You should review connected apps, permissions, recurring subscriptions and payment mandates you control. Extended migration, reconstruction or training beyond the agreed handover can be separately quoted.
25. Liability and proportionate responsibility
Nothing in the agreement excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Statutory rights and rights of individuals under data-protection law are not removed.
Subject to those exceptions and applicable requirements of reasonableness, the proposed aggregate contractual liability cap for each party is the fees paid or payable under the agreement for services in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Related claims arising from the same underlying event are considered together. This proposed cap must be checked against the actual scope, risks and insurance before these draft terms are adopted; a different expressly agreed cap takes priority.
The cap does not excuse payment of agreed fees, repayment of unearned advances or return of client property. It does not turn an otherwise unlawful limitation into a lawful one. There is no blanket disclaimer of responsibility for our own negligence, failure to deliver or breach of processing obligations.
Each party must take reasonable steps to avoid and reduce foreseeable losses. Responsibility for third-party material or instructions depends on what each party supplied, authorised, knew and reasonably should have checked. These terms do not impose an unlimited automatic indemnity on you for every complaint or legal claim.
26. Complaints and disputes
Raise a concern with the business contact named in your proposal, describing the issue, relevant dates and the outcome requested. We aim to acknowledge within two working days and provide a substantive response or progress update within ten working days, allowing longer where a complex investigation reasonably requires it.
The parties first seek to resolve disputes through their named decision-makers. If unresolved after ten working days of escalation, consider an agreed mediator. This does not prevent urgent court relief, lawful debt recovery or exercising rights before a limitation period expires.
The proposed governing law is England and Wales, with the courts of England and Wales having jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory law or jurisdiction rights that cannot be displaced. The final agreement must confirm the appropriate position for the actual parties and any international service.
27. Changes notices and general provisions
Updating this website does not retrospectively change an existing service agreement. Its incorporated version continues unless the parties agree a written change. For a proposed material change to ongoing terms after the initial period, we give at least 30 calendar days’ notice, or 60 for recurring price changes, and an opportunity to end before an adverse change applies. Changes required urgently by law or security are explained promptly and handled proportionately.
Formal notices are sent to the notice email addresses recorded in the proposal. An email is treated as received when successfully delivered to the designated mailbox; a delivery-failure notice means it has not been received. For this purpose, messages delivered outside working hours are treated as received at 09:00 on the next working day. Keep contact details current.
Neither party may transfer the agreement to another legal entity without the other’s written consent, not to be unreasonably withheld. This does not prevent authorised subcontracting with the required protections. The arrangement does not create a partnership, employment relationship or general authority to bind the other party.
If a provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it is adjusted only so far as legally necessary where possible, or severed, without removing the remaining lawful provisions. A delay in enforcing a right does not by itself waive it. No third party obtains contractual enforcement rights unless expressly agreed or required by law.
The agreement records the agreed service arrangements but does not exclude liability for fraudulent statements or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Keep a copy of the accepted proposal and incorporated terms.
28. Using this website
You may use this website to understand the service and make legitimate enquiries. Do not misuse it, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person or submit material you have no right to share. Do not submit passwords or confidential customer records through the enquiry form.
Unless expressly licensed otherwise, website text, branding and layout remain the rights holder’s property. Published examples and third-party marks are shown for their stated purposes. You may link to the website fairly without implying a partnership or endorsement that does not exist.
We use reasonable care to keep information accurate and correct material errors brought to our attention. We do not promise uninterrupted website availability or control the content, availability or privacy practices of linked third-party sites. Our responsibility remains subject to applicable law.
The enquiry form sends your details through FormSubmit to hello@businessinmotion.co.uk. Sending an enquiry does not create a service contract. Our privacy notice explains the information involved and how it is handled.
For questions about these service terms, email hello@businessinmotion.co.uk. The supplier’s legal identity, contact details and VAT treatment must be confirmed with the proposal before these draft terms are used for trading.
