Support with the messages and booking tasks that need a reply.

Depending on the package, we flag unanswered messages, prepare replies or handle routine weekday conversations. Your business information and approval rules guide the responses.

What an enquiry handover looks like

“Which session should I book, and can I move it if my plans change?”
  1. Check the information. Look up the owner’s current session options and rebooking policy.
  2. Prepare the response. Explain the relevant choices and include the correct booking link.
  3. Escalate exceptions. Ask the owner to decide on anything outside the approved policy.

Essentials flags unanswered messages. Growth includes up to 30 reply drafts each month. Business Partner can include weekday review and up to 100 routine conversations.

Decide who handles what

We agree the channels, tasks and access before taking on enquiries. Replies use your current services, availability and approved answers. You remain responsible for the offers, customer commitments and the service itself.

Essentials: flag unanswered enquiries

See which messages need your attention. This package monitors and flags unanswered enquiries. Ongoing customer conversations and a managed customer service desk are outside its allowance.

Growth: prepare replies

Up to 30 reply drafts each month use your approved business information. You review them through the agreed process. If a customer asks something the brief does not cover, we bring it back to you.

Business Partner: routine weekday support

This package can include weekday inbox review and up to 100 routine conversations a month. The proposal names the channels, who can reply and which decisions must be escalated. It is a defined allowance with agreed working hours.

Keep your booking platform

Your booking system and subscription remain yours. We check what its permissions allow and which routine tasks we can handle. Exceptions need an approval route. Moving to a new platform is a separate piece of work.

Complaints and unusual requests

We identify who should decide on complaints, exceptions and requests outside your approved answers. Onboarding records the handover and approval process so that you can see what is being handled on your behalf.
