The approach

Use the business’s own imagery and writing to explain an experience people can actually book.

The response

The carousel recorded 10,362 accounts reached, 49 shares and 28 saves. The Facebook post recorded 248 link clicks alongside its reported reach of 33,920.

The next question

Which interested visitors became customers? The recorded clicks justify checking the booking journey, but cannot answer that on their own.

Selected posts from Aaron’s own business. Figures checked in Metricool on 23 October 2026. Counts may include repeat activity and do not establish sales.

The business Instagram account over 90 days

Instagram’s selected 90-day view showed 609 external link taps, 3,201 profile visits and 320,915 views.

Putting the figures in context

Why these results matter.

Good marketing needs to be seen, give people something worth keeping or sharing, and make the next step clear. These examples show those parts of the work in practice.

The Instagram carousel

Its reach of 10,362 was around 20 times the median reach of 524.5 across the 76 carousels returned. It had the highest reported reach and share count among the 113 returned Instagram feed posts.

Metricool also attributed six follows to this post. The evidence supports a strong awareness example within this sample. It does not establish how many people booked Always Human.

The Facebook post

Its reported reach of 33,920 and 248 link clicks were the highest among the 167 returned Facebook feed posts. Among 84 albums, median reported reach was 1,058.5 and median link clicks were 3.5.

The post generated attention and a recorded next step. Link clicks can include repeat activity and do not tell us how many visitors completed a booking.

These are selected standout posts, not typical results or forecasts. Posts have had different amounts of time to accumulate activity. The comparison does not isolate the effects of format, budget, subject or timing.

The Conscious Self / Website bookings

177 product bookings through the website

Bókun recorded 216 product bookings created across the four complete weeks from 28 September to 25 October 2026. Of those, 177 were assigned to the business’s own website channel.

This demonstrates a business receiving bookings through its own website. The available report does not identify which social posts, advertisements, repeat customers or other sources led to them.

Bókun checked 27 October 2026. Product bookings are its reporting unit, not unique customers or attendees. The report is not a paid or refund-adjusted revenue ledger. The weekly totals do not establish improved booking consistency.

Sources and definitions

Follow the sources and definitions behind the examples. Customer records and account access details remain private.

Social sources

Connected Metricool data, retrieved 23 October 2026. The query covered publications dated 25 July to 22 October 2026. Returned Instagram feed records began on 5 August, so the sample is not a complete history of that account.

The visible Instagram examples belong to @the.conscious_self. The Facebook examples belong to The Conscious Self. Counts are totals recorded at retrieval, rather than activity occurring only within the publication window.

Advertising sources

Saved Meta exports for 1 to 30 September, 1 to 7 October and 8 to 21 October 2026. Overlapping dates and campaign, ad-set and ad views were not added together.

Average daily spend is total spend divided by reporting days. Spend per reported purchase event is total spend divided by the reported purchase-event count. Fees, refunds, software and labour costs are excluded.

The featured Instagram carousel led the returned feed-post sample for reach and reported shares. The featured Facebook post led its returned feed-post sample for reach and link clicks. This does not mean the same formats will always outperform.

A TikTok post dated 30 July returned 8,336 views, 397 likes and 43 shares. Its creative was not visually verified during this review, so it is not a featured portfolio example. View the original TikTok post .

What the measures mean
Reach
The platform’s reported number of accounts or people who saw the content. Adding reach across posts or platforms does not produce a unique audience total.
Saves and shares
Recorded actions on a post. They help show audience response but do not establish a purchase or a unique customer.
Link clicks
Clicks recorded against a post’s links. These are not necessarily unique visitors, qualified enquiries or completed bookings.
Meta reported purchase events
Purchase events credited using the campaign’s attribution settings. They are not a deduplicated booking ledger and do not establish profit.
Missing values
Unavailable measures are treated as unknown. Facebook’s paid and organic reach breakdown did not reconcile, so we have not called its reach organic or claimed the post was cost-free.
What we can and cannot conclude

See published work and the activity reported by the platforms. Together, these examples demonstrate practical experience running and reviewing marketing for a real business.

They do not establish independent client results, causation, profitable growth, a typical monthly return or a guarantee for another business. A fuller commercial case would connect the work to verified enquiries, bookings, retained revenue and total costs.

Detailed source and selection notes
Source and limits of this example

Original post: “Authenticity is a tribe magnet”, 12 August 2026. Source: signed-in Instagram Insights, checked 24 October 2026. Counts are the totals displayed at retrieval, not results from a controlled campaign period. This is a selected example, not a claim that it is the account’s highest-performing post ever.

We reviewed personal posts and collaborations while selecting the example. The collaborations checked did not provide stronger verified follows and saves than the personal-account examples. This was not an exhaustive ranking of every post.

The same insights screen displayed a separate Facebook total of 918 views. Those views are excluded from the Instagram figure. We have not verified whether any paid distribution contributed, so this example is not described as organic-only or cost-free.

The displayed shares and interaction components did not reconcile with the aggregate interaction total. We have left those disputed measures out rather than inferring a share count. No claim is made that AI tools or a Business in Motion package caused these historic results.

How these examples were selected

We queried Metricool for posts published from 25 July to 22 October 2026. It returned 113 Instagram feed posts, 16 Instagram Reels, 167 Facebook feed posts, 63 Facebook Reels and 93 TikTok posts. These are the records available through this connection, rather than a complete account history.

The Instagram carousel had the highest reported reach and share count among the returned Instagram feed posts. The waterfall post had the highest reported reach and link-click count among the returned Facebook feed posts. We also checked their creative and captions before selecting them. Older posts have had longer to accumulate results, so this is a portfolio selection, not a controlled comparison of formats.

Unavailable metrics were not treated as zero. The paid and organic breakdown for Facebook could not be reconciled, so its reach is described as reported reach.

These examples demonstrate published content and audience response. They do not establish Business in Motion client results, an agency handover effect, booking revenue or guaranteed future performance.

What this booking example establishes

This demonstrates that Aaron runs a business receiving bookings through its own website. The data does not identify which social posts, ads, repeat customers or other sources generated each booking, so it is not described as a social conversion rate or Meta return on ad spend.

The four complete weeks recorded 53, 62, 72 and 29 product bookings. They do not establish that bookings became more consistent or that a management change caused a sales improvement. The example is about the direct website booking channel, not a claim of improving weekly consistency.

Instagram account-wide figures were checked on 27 October 2026. Metricool’s connected Instagram account was @the.conscious_self; its workspace name did not identify a second connected account. Instagram external link taps and Metricool profile-button clicks are different measures and have not been combined.
