Business automation and reporting
Connect recurring jobs between your business tools.
An enquiry enters a tracker, the owner gets notified and exceptions go to a person. We build small, defined connections where your existing platforms support them.

A small workflow with a clear purpose
- 1
An enquiry arrives
The connected form passes the necessary details to the business’s chosen tracker.
- 2
The owner is notified
The record has a status and a person responsible for replying.
- 3
A person checks the exception
A failed handover or unanswered item is flagged for attention.
We test the handover, check how errors are reported and document who maintains it. Availability depends on your systems, access and subscriptions.
Choose a task worth connecting
An enquiry might need to reach a tracker, or approved content might need a handover. We start with that job, check what the platforms support and identify the trigger, action and person responsible for exceptions.
Work with the tools you use
We review your email, booking, website and business tools before suggesting a change. Connections depend on the features, permissions and subscriptions available. Dedicated software, exceptional usage and larger integrations are agreed separately.
What the package covers
Business Partner includes up to 3 workflows at setup and 1 small monthly workflow improvement. Each workflow is defined before implementation. Custom software and major rebuilds need a separate quote. Essentials excludes implementation; Growth workflows are separately priced.
Checks and handover
We test the workflow, explain how failures are handled and document who maintains it. You approve customer-facing content before publication. Automation does not give us authority to make commitments outside the proposal.
The weekly and monthly review
Every package includes a weekly summary and monthly action tracker. These record completed work, available results, outstanding decisions and next priorities. If missing information blocks a task, the tracker says so.
Measure from the starting point
We establish how the task works before claiming an improvement. Fewer manual steps or less repeated data entry may be useful goals. We only describe time or financial savings as measured results when your own records support them.
